Join us for the "FIT for FALL" Challenge in October

Join us in the month of October for the FIT FOR FALL 31-day Walking Challenge! Fit for Fall affords a one-of-a-kind opportunity to join with others who are like-minded. It is a virtual challenge designed for the beginner and the advanced runner. There are several ways to participate. During the 31 days you can:

1. Walk or run 30 miles in 31 days
2. Walk or run 60 miles in 31 days
3. Walk or run 90 miles in 31 days
4. Count your steps equivalent to 30, 60 or 90 miles in 31 days using an app.
